Sports Marathon
On Wednesday, 20th of October 1444 H, the Cooperation Club at the Applied College, Abha branch, in collaboration with the Thoughtful Club at the College of Education and the Creative Touch Club at the College of Home Economics, partnered with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students to organize a program titled "Sports Marathon." The event was presented by the students of the student activity and took place for two hours in the college courtyard. The attendance exceeded 160 female students, and the program aimed to:
- Activate World Health Day through a competitive sports marathon among the students of the three colleges.
- Organize running competitions and distribute gift cards worth 50 Saudi Riyals to the winners.
- Hold a tug-of-war competition between two teams.
- Conduct a jump-rope competition.
- Host a chess competition.
- Arrange a sports-themed cultural quiz competition and reward the outstanding participants in each sport with gifts.
Hospitality booths were set up, and various distributions and gifts were provided during the event. Additionally, voluntary hours were added to the participating students' records through the college's volunteer platform.
