To start with, the research skills, poster organization and poster presentation abilities as well as the necessity to dress formally, and use the right body language including confident posture, were the core elements which the instructor put into the student teaching and preparation.
The students of the sections showed a great deal of conscientiousness, ambition and flexibility concerning the poster presentation preparation. Not all the posters were organized and presented perfectly, however, it is obvious, that the students improved their team working and leadership skills, and developed research skills as well as confidence. Many students improved their problem-solving and, also, conflict resolution skills.
As a result, all the teams benefited from the poster presentations as the next step of the academic English language and soft skills development.
