DACUM
On Sunday, 6th of Jumada Al-Thani, 1444 AH, the Cooperation Club at the College of Applied Sciences, Abha branch, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for Female Students, organized a program titled "DACUM." The program was presented by Dr. Rania Ziyada from the Department of Administrative Sciences and lasted for two hours, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The program aimed to achieve the following objectives:
- Understanding how to design training packages.
- Achieving higher returns from training.
- Achieving the highest level of performance.
Through the program, participants learned about:
- The concept and objectives of Human Resources Management.
- The main functions of Human Resources.
- The general instructional design model.
- The methodology, elements, principles, and philosophy of "DACUM."
- The most important benefits and advantages of "DACUM."
- The assumptions and fundamental contents of the "DACUM" approach.
- The elements and steps of "DACUM."
- Procedures for analyzing the training gap in a job position.
