The  Deanship of Admission and Registration at king Khalid university , announces the opening of admission to the 1443 Academic year postgraduate programs for both the Masters and PhD levels. The Admission will be available on the University portal “ click here” starting on Sunday the 21/4/1442 Ah  and will continue to  the evening of Saturday the 11/5/1442Ah according to the following conditions :

Graduate Studies Admissions Test and Interview

Body: 

The Deanship of Graduate Studies is pleased to announce the differentiation applicant test and interview date for graduate programs. It was noted that applicants should bring proper identification documents. Please click here for the date and location.

Please note that programs will be differentiated according to criteria approved by the Scientific Council. Admissions results will be announced in the near future in accordance with operational plans and procedures.

Recommended References for the Qualifying Test of Graduate Studies Programs 

In coordination with Science Colleges, the Deanship of Graduate Studies announces the recommended References for the qualifying test of Graduate Studies (Masters- Doctorate) for the next academic year 1442 AH., which passing the test is a condition for the admission. Candidates will be communicated with later to be informed of the qualifying test and interview’s date and location.

Names of the Candidates Admitted Into Graduate Studies Programs

Body: 

The Graduate Studies Deanship at King Khalid University (KKU) is pleased to announce the names of successful candidates to Ph.D. and Master programs for the 1441 AH academic year.

Admitted candidates are advised to comply with the instructions as follows:
  Successful candidates should visit the Graduate Studies Deanship at the main campus (Guraiger) in the Main Services Hall of Building D from Tuesday 11/07/1440 AH to Thursday 13/08/1440 AH to     

    complete  the procedures of admission. Hours of operation are from 09:00 am to 02:00 pm each day;

  Admitted female students should visit the Vice Presidency of Graduate Studies at the Lasan Campus Admission Hall from Tuesday 11/07/1440 AH to Thursday 13/08/1440 AH to complete the procedures of

    admission. Hours of operation are from 09:00 am to 02:00 pm each day;

   The University reserves the right to withdraw offers of admission to candidates who fail to comply with requirements within the stipulated timeframe above. Seats will be offered from the reserve list pursuant

      to all applicable rules and regulations.

  Admitted candidates are advised to bring original versions the following:

  1. Graduation Certificate;
  2. Academic Record;
  3. Scientific Recommendations;
  4. PID or Family ID;
  5. Educational Diploma for those admitted to postgraduate educational programs unless they did their undergrad in educational specializations;
  6. Professional Diploma in special education specializations;
  7. TOEFL iBT or its equivalent for doctorate programs (if mandated by the college).

      Please note that the deadline to bring the work approval will be 01/11/1440 AH.

Student Scientific Forum for Graduate Studies

Body: 

The Deanship of Graduate Studies is pleased to invite all graduate and postgraduate students to participate in the Graduate Studies Scientific Forum which will be held in Jumādā Al-Awwal. Participants are instructed to please note the following:

  Participating with a research poster (150 words) Arabic or English, (The abstract must be attached in word file).

  Participating in the scientific symposium entitled 'Graduate Studies and the Kingdom Vision 2030', (The student CV, title, angle and summary of participation must be attached in one file).

  Participating in a training workshop (The student CV and the proposed workshop information and topics must be attached in one file).

The deadline for submission is 20/05/1440 AH.

The Conditions of the Post-Graduate General Aptitude Test

Body: 

The Deanship of Graduate Studies announces that the Aptitude Test is a basic condition for most of the master and Ph.D programs at the university. Students interested in these programs are to take this test which is available as a "computerized test", so they can apply to these programs in the coming weeks  when the date of receiving the applications is announced.
