Receiving internal and external communications making sure they are signed, numbered and concerns the deanship.
Receiving internal communications and submitting them to the dean.
Carrying out any instructions issued by the dean related to the referral of communications to the concerned authorities inside and outside the college.
Sorting the received communications and submitting them to the manager/ or secretary (according to work requirements)
Responding to clients and communicators’ inquiries, complaints and suggestions.
Preparing a comprehensive sheet of communications.
Designing, preparing and printing envelopes and packages.
Coordinating and managing all official communications.
Archiving the records of communications and circulars in a systematic manner.
